Requirement for a valid procedure

  1. Proof of purchase – the document handed over to you together with the product, on delivery.
  2. Original packaging – the manufacturer packaging
  3. Any free promotional items – gifts or accessories delivered with the purchased item
  4. Valid return reason – please refer to the section below for the details

What happens once I have returned an item?

  1. We will perform a careful quality check.
  2. If the claim is valid we will refund you according to your requested refund method.
  3. The process may take up to 7 days from when your return request was submitted.
  4. If the claim is invalid the item will be sent back to you.
  5. We keep track of all return requests and use the data to improve our product quality and service, as well as for customer profiling. Customers with unjustified/invalid returns may be denied the right to return items, place pay-on-delivery orders or even shop in Inova IT in the future.

Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies. Always ensure your return slip is signed by our agents. That is your proof of return.


Return at our pickup stations or we can pick up the item


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund via Mpesa, voucher or bank transfer depending on your selected option, and this cannot be changed after option has been registered by our CS team
