01. Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Inova IT delivers orders to pick up station nationwide and we charge delivery fees based on delivery location, Ksh.200/= for deliveries in most places of Kenya. Local deliveries within Nairobi CBD are free. We also have free pick up stations in Nairobi (available when you submit order). For other locations, shipping fee ranges from Kes 200-300/=
Can I change the delivery address after payment?
If your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we suggest you cancel your order and reorder.
Otherwise if the order is already with rider, then we are unable to change the address, please also contact us via App live chat/ email@example.com for further help
Do you provide door to door/ home delivery, what are the delivery options?
Yes, currently door to door delivery is available within Nairobi only. For remaining Locations, we delivery via pick-up stations.

This will take 1- 2 days
– Delivery to pick-up station
You can still opt to collect your package from our shop, This takes same period of 1-2 days.
For Deliveries to other parts of the country, you can choose pick from stations of G4S or Wells Fargo (Depending on your location and takes around 2-3 days).
Will somebody contact me before delivering the package to my location?
Yes, our delivery agency will contact you to confirm your availability and exact location.
Please also take a look your sms message for rider’s number and other info in case of the delivery.
How can I track my order?
We will update you on the status of your order via email on the progressive stages. Once the orders status is shipped you can track its whereabouts using the tracking number via this link .

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
- Cash on delivery (easy and simple at your doorstep)
- Mobile Money using our MPESA Till Number
Which currencies does Inova IT accept?
We only accept Kenya Shillings.
02. Orders & Returns
How do I place an order?
Shopping on Inova IT is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:
- Click on ‘add to cart’, to add this product to your cart,
- Click on ‘cart’ in the top right corner,
- Register/Login into your account by entering your email and password,
- Enter your shipping/billing information,
- Choose your preferred payment option,
- Click on ‘Confirm order’ to proceed to the payment portal and complete your order.
Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details.
Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will send you a notification via email. We’ll also send you an email as soon as your order has been processed and has left our warehouse (shipped).
How quickly can I get my order?
We do our best to get your orders delivered by the date listed on the product page.
I haven’t received the invoice for my order. What do I do?
A printed invoice will always be sent along with your order. If you have not received an invoice, please get in touch with our Customer Service Center at 0759-209-554 or click on the following link and fill the form.
What are the conditions for returning an item?
14 day free returns policy, subject to Terms and conditions.
Requirement for a valid procedure
Proof of purchase – the document handed over to you together with the product, on delivery.
Original packaging – the manufacturer packaging
Any free promotional items – gifts or accessories delivered with the purchased item
